I’m a  researcher in Ambient Intelligence Lab, Interactive Digital Media Institute at National University of Singapore (NUS). I received my PhD degree from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department in NUS under the supervision of  A/ P Loh Ai Poh  and A/ P Prahlad Vadakkepat.

My research work focusses on understanding and extracting useful information about pedestrians and pedestrian crowds based on their social behavior. I consider video input to be one of the best sources to extract this information. My work adopts social psychological theories on pedestrian group behavior. And how this behavior can be identified and used to generate higher level of information like meeting events between pedestrians. This website is a collection of my findings and applications based on my findings.
